Clean out your wardrobe – your room – your computer , Whatever around you that you feel is cluttered. Cleaning up can be refreshing and gives you room to make mental and physical space for more important things.

Do something different, Try something new. Change your hair color or hair style, learn something new.. read a new book.. take a free online course.

Think about how you feel, the things you’ve already accomplished.. and write those things down.

Give yourself a break! Turn off your phone, get off of social media.. turn on some music, read a book, Cook your favorite meal, go for a walk.. Do your best to SLOW DOWN and BE PRESENT. When you focus on the present, you’re not dwelling on the past.. or worrying about the future.

💎 BE MINDFUL.

Feeling stuck.. is just that.. A FEELING. If you recognize it as such and acknowledge that its not here to stay, you’ll immediately feel better.
